If you are a Longhofer you may have money sitting in this web site.
Posted by: Anonymous on Monday, April 01, 2002 - 10:19 PM
Longhofer Family History This is David Longhofer in Lewisville, Texas. I thought I would let yall know there are several Longhofer's listed in the foundmoney.com web site. Just go to this address, and put Longhofer in the last name search area, and it lists several in here. It looks like Eric probably has the most. Unfortunately none in the Dan Langhofer family. Go figure. Anyway for those who do this is no joke. There was a guy here at work who claimed almost $5,000 he did not know he had it. The State of Texas already cut him a check. I hope this finds you one of the fortunate ones. God be with yall! David

We are still working on getting all transfered over. Will have the longhofer history stuff cleaned up in the next few days.

Did you know?
Posted by: MadMax on Thursday, October 25, 2001 - 12:32 PM
Longhofer Family History Recieved a nice email from Joseph Longhofer. Who is going to send in information on longhofers to help build the database. And he told me about Elizabeth Langhofer O'Donohoe, father, who help build the Arkansas river into a navigatable stream. His work was so noteworthy
that Lake Langhofer at Pine Bluff, Ar. is named for him.
Elizabeth and her brother, William confirmed this information.

Very cool, I didnt know that! Did you?
